Lotus Armament Return and Exchange Policy

Lotus Armament wants customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products. Approval must be accepted prior to exchanges or returns.

Exchanges and Returns

All items are subject to one exchange or return. Shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.

  • Items must be like new without damage and all hardware

  • Proof of receipt or purchase.

Damaged Items will not be accepted and are subject to warranty if needed.

Delivered Item Issues

Orders that arrive defective, incorrect, or damaged should contact us with the method above. If items are lost claims will be made to the delivery processor. These items are not subject to warranty.

Refunds

With Approval customers will ship the items to us. Customers will cover the cost of shipping. Refunded cost will not cover shipping. Items that are damaged will incur fees. Refunds will take around 10 business days to process. Items that are damaged can be exchanged for comparable condition or warrantied if applicable.

Warranty

Our products are supported with a one time warranty. Products discontinued may not be supported with this. Warranty claims must be sent through the method above. With approval new items with shipping covered by the customer. Not all items are subject to warranty.

Here at Lotus Armament we aim to get our orders packaged, shipped, and delivered in a fast and orderly manner.

Order Proccess

  • Orders are packaged and shipped from Houston, Texas within 1-3 business days.

  • Processing times are dependent on promotional periods, holidays, and events.

  • We ship orders via economical and practical carriers, basing off of location and order size.

  • We will inform customers with pending purchases of delays and welcome inqueries via our contact methods. Please supply order numbers.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer flat rate of $6.99 for shipping

  • Free shipping on orders $70 and up.

  • We can accommodate preferred shipping carriers, please send a use our contact page before putting in a order.

International Shipping

We only ship within the United States only. International shipping is not offered as of now.

Restricted Items

We do not ship ITAR restricted or controlled items.
